CONDITIONS FOR USING THESE INTERNET PAGES

The use of the software defined for downloading on these Internet pages is subjected to the conditions of the corresponding licensing agreement that is added or contained in the software. By the use of the software you accept the conditions of the respective license agreement.

Catnic recognizes no liability for any damage incurred by the use of these Internet Pages or the downloading of data , especially Catnic accepts no liability for immediate or later damages, loss of data, loss of profits, system or production stoppages. This exclusion of liability does not extend insofar as the damage is intentional or due to gross negligence or to a cardinal obligation.

6. Applicable right

The legal relationship between the user of these Internet pages and Catnic is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany under the exclusion of EU purchasing rights. Legal jurisdiction in litigation with professional business persons on the use of these Internet pages is Reutlingen.

7. Registration as a Web Shop User

(1) You can register with our trading system free of charge. There is no entitlement to admission to our trading system. Only persons with an unrestricted capacity to conduct business are entitled to participate. You must send us a copy of your identity card on request. To register, please complete the electronic application form on our website. You must fill in all the data required for registration in full and truthfully. On registration, you will be required to set up a user name and password. The user name chosen must not contravene the rights of third parties or other trade name or trademark rights or offend against common decency. Your password must be kept secret and under no circumstances disclosed to third parties.

(2) Apart from your agreement to our General Terms and Conditions, registration does not carry any other obligations. You can cancel your registration at any time. Registration does not in itself carry any obligation to purchase the products offered for sale by us.

(3) You shall be responsible for updating your personal details in the event of any change. Once you have registered, any changes can be made online under My data/Personal data.

8. User Information

(1) The contract shall be concluded exclusively in the German language.

(2) Please see the product descriptions in our online catalogue for the main features of the products we supply and the period of validity of offers available for a limited time.

(3) Presentation of our products does not constitute a binding offer on our part. A binding offer as defined in § 145 of the BGB (German Civil Code) is only constituted once you order a product. If this offer is accepted, we will send you an email confirming the order. This creates a purchase contract between you and us.

(4) Any errors made when inputting your order can be identified during final confirmation before proceeding to payment and can be corrected at any time before submitting the order using the remove and amend function.

(5) If the product you have ordered is not available, we reserve the right to decline performance.

(6) The prices quoted by us are net prices, excluding taxes and postage and packing.

(7) The purchase price is payable on placing of the order. Payment for the goods is to be made in accordance with the agreed terms which you can find in your account.

(8) The data required for fulfilment of the contract between you and us will be stored by us and will be accessible to you at any time. We refer you to our data protection code or practice.

(9) We are not subject to any special code of conduct not previously mentioned.
